I’m supporting a well-established organisation in the housing sector who are recruiting for a Data Management Manager. 

They’re seeking someone who has built and embedded data glossaries, dictionaries, metadata frameworks, and led the development of data governance structures , not just someone with data quality experience. There is a low maturity environment and looking for someone who can establish and take ownership of their Data Management / Governance and build frameworks effectively.

Key Requirements:

• Strong background in data governance and data management frameworks
• Ability to design and implement structured approaches to managing data assets
• Experience in building frameworks from scratch, not just maintaining existing ones
• Broader understanding beyond data quality, focus on strategic data structuring and governance
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with data cataloging tools and governance platforms (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Alation)
• Proven experience in establishing and embedding: Data Glossaries, Data Dictionaries and MetaData Frameworks

Nice to have (Not essential)

• Someone who has worked in Regulated environments
• Experience working with Data in CRM

Salary: Up to £70,000 + Benefits
Location: Fully Remote
