IMMEDIATE CONTRACT | CAPACITY MANAGER | UNTIL 30/06/2026 | £614/DAY (INSIDE IR35) | ON-SITE | CORSHAM

We're seeking an experienced IT Capacity Manager to join a high-security defense project. This role is full-time on-site in Corsham (initially 5 days/week, then potentially 3 days/week after 3 months). You'll be responsible for ensuring VMware-based infrastructure capacity meets current and future business needs in a cost-effective, reliable, and scalable way.

Key Requirements:

¬ Active DV clearance (sole British national, transferable, meets NSV criteria).

¬ Strong experience in ITIL Capacity Management across VMware environments.

¬ Skilled in capacity planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.

¬ Familiarity with tools like vRealize Operations or similar.

¬ Background in Defence sector and ITIL 4 practices.

Nice-to-have:

¬ Knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as VCF/VxRail.

¬ Excellent stakeholder engagement and analytical skills.
