  • Drive portfolio growth and support sales teams in achieving commercial targets.
  • Own the lifecycle of workplace services, ensuring offerings remain competitive, relevant and profitable.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, delivery, technical and partner teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic technology vendors and service partners.
  • Champion customer experience and service excellence across the portfolio.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities across End User Computing, Modern Workplace, AI and Collaboration technologies.
  • Provide leadership across governance forums, service councils and strategic planning initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading Digital Workplace, Modern Workplace, End User Computing or Workplace Services functions.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience working closely alongside sales and customer-facing teams.
  • Experience developing and executing technology or services strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior leadership level.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities across complex organisations.
  • Experience managing service portfolios, propositions or workplace technology offerings.
  • Ability to align multiple teams around a common strategic vision.

Desirable Experience

  • Managed Services, Technology Services or Consultancy background.
  • Experience with End User Computing, Collaboration technologies, Digital Employee Experience or AI-led workplace solutions.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow and broader workplace automation technologies.
  • Previous experience leading a technology tower, service portfolio, practice or workplace transformation function.
