Full Stack Engineer (Python/TypeScript)

Salary: £100k–£120k + equity & benefits Location: Fully Remote within the UK or Hybrid in Central London

What You’ll Do

• Architect and scale backend systems to handle millions of workflows in real-time.
• Deliver sub-second performance across thousands of concurrent operations.
• Lead technical innovation and guide a senior engineering team.
• Design APIs and service architectures for complex, multi-agent AI platforms.

What They’re Looking For

• 8+ years backend engineering experience, with expert-level Python.
• TypeScript/Node.js and full-stack system design
• Proven track record in start-up environments.
• Deep systems architecture and performance engineering expertise.
• Experience with async Python, distributed systems, and high-performance databases.

Nice-to-Have

• Background in AI/ML platforms or workflow engines.
• Experience in regulated industries and cloud/containerized deployments.
