D365 Senior Test Lead (F&O / CE)

Location: Manchester (Hybrid)

Day rate: Market rate

Start Date: Immediate

This is a hands-on Test Lead role within a major Dynamics 365 transformation programme, covering both Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE). You’ll own the testing approach end to end, bringing structure, control, and assurance across system, integration, and UAT phases.

Working closely with delivery teams and business stakeholders, you’ll ensure quality is embedded throughout the implementation and that both D365 platforms are genuinely ready for the organisation to rely on.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Test Lead on D365 transformation programmes
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O and CE
• Solid understanding of test methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Experience leading UAT and working with non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent defect management, reporting, and test governance capability
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable

• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar test management tools
• Exposure to Agile / DevOps delivery environments
• Microsoft certifications related to D365 and/or testing
