We are hiring a Salesforce Enterprise Architect to play a senior, hands on role in shaping and evolving a complex Salesforce landscape. This position sits at the centre of major platform decisions, working closely with business leaders and technical teams to design scalable, future proof solutions.
You will act as a trusted technical advisor across the organisation, translating complex architecture into clear, practical outcomes for non technical stakeholders. Alongside solution design, you will provide leadership and direction to Salesforce delivery teams, setting standards and supporting capability growth.
What you will do
• Own solution and technical architecture across Salesforce initiatives
• Design scalable, user focused solutions aligned to business goals
• Lead discovery and translate requirements into best practice designs
• Provide architectural oversight to admins, developers and QA
• Act as technical lead on transformation and change programmes
• Support integrations and third party platforms including CPQ, finance, marketing and middleware tools
• Champion governance, DevOps and release best practices
What we are looking for
• Strong experience operating as a Salesforce Architect in enterprise environments
• Proven background designing complex, multi cloud Salesforce solutions
• Hands on experience with Apex, LWC and platform integrations
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and challenging when needed
• Clear communicator who can bridge technical and non technical audiences
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Experience and certifications
• Five or more years in Salesforce development or architecture roles
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect and Application Architect or System Architect
• Experience leading enterprise scale Salesforce implementations
