IT Service Manager | £50–60K | Yorkshire (Sheffield / Leeds / Harrogate)
We’re supporting a growing organisation that is investing heavily in its technology function and looking to hire an IT Service Manager to take ownership of IT service management.
This is currently a standalone role, responsible for building structure and improving service operations across the business.
You’ll work closely with senior IT leadership to introduce ITIL-aligned processes, manage MSP/vendor relationships, and lead the implementation of a new service desk platform (Halo).
While the role is hands-on today, the business is growing quickly and there is clear potential for the service management function to expand into a team in the future.
Key experience we’re looking for:
• Strong grounding in IT Service Management / ITIL
• Experience improving service processes in evolving environments
• Vendor / MSP management experience
• Confident stakeholder communicator across IT and the wider business
This role would suit either an experienced IT Service Manager or someone ready to step into their first standalone service management role.
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
Location: Yorkshire (Sheffield / Leeds / Harrogate)
