IMMEDIATE CONTRACT | Business Systems Analyst (D365 CE) | 6 MONTHS | £500-550 | Outside IR35 | HYBRID (THAMES VALLEY/LONDON)
I'm working on a large-scale Sales / CRM transformation programme and need an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE experience to support requirements, solution design, and UAT.
This is a high-visibility, multi-phase programme working with senior stakeholders and third-party delivery partners.
Key requirements (must-have):
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst on enterprise CRM programmes
- Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE experience (essential)
- Strong background across the full sales lifecycle (Opportunity-Order-Customer)
- Confident producing BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and test scripts
- Experience working with system integrators / third-party vendors
- Comfortable supporting UAT and business-led testing
Nice to have:
- CPQ or pricing tools
- Data migration or CRM integrations
- Multi-phase transformation programme experience
