Digital Workplace Engineer
Microsoft 365 | End User Technology | Great package/benefits + bonus

A growing business is looking for a hands-on Digital Workplace Engineer to own and improve its end user environment.

You will act as the escalation point for complex issues while managing devices, Microsoft 365, identity and workplace technology across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Advanced 2nd line support and issue resolution
Own endpoint management across Windows, macOS and mobile
Administer Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and Exchange
Manage identity and access via Entra ID
Support WiFi, LAN, printing and office tech
Own Teams Rooms and hybrid meeting environments
Drive automation, root cause fixes and continuous improvement
Support rollout of AI tools such as Copilot

What We’re Looking For
Strong 2nd line or EUC support experience
Solid Microsoft 365 and Intune knowledge
Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder skills
Comfortable supporting both onsite and remote users
