Overview
A major UK organisation undergoing large scale data transformation are hiring multiple Product Data Scientists from Senior to Principal to build ML and optimisation driven decisioning products. This is a hands on leadership role owning delivery of production grade data products that directly impact real world operations.

Role
You will own the end to end product lifecycle from discovery through to deployment and adoption.

Working with stakeholders, you will identify decision points, design ML and optimisation solutions, and lead a cross functional squad to deliver scalable, production ready systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own delivery of ML and optimisation products end to end
- Translate business problems into decision support solutions
- Design scalable models and production architectures
- Lead squads across data science and engineering
- Drive stakeholder alignment and product adoption
- Ensure robust testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Strong hands on ML and optimisation experience
- Advanced Python and modern data tooling
- Proven delivery of production level data products
- Experience leading or mentoring teams
- Clear communicator with strong commercial focus

Experience:
- Masters Degree or equivalent in Data Science, ML, or related field
- Experience building or leading scalable ML products
- Background in complex operational environments is a bonus
