Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate, validate and analyse supply chain performance and KPI data across multiple functions
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical tools using Power BI, Excel and other reporting platforms
- Deliver trend analysis, root cause investigations and actionable business insights
- Support performance reviews, strategic projects and operational improvement initiatives
- Drive reporting enhancements, automation opportunities and process efficiencies
- Track improvement programme benefits and measure performance outcomes
- Support data governance activities, improving data quality, consistency and integrity
- Contribute to the development of standard KPI frameworks, reporting structures and analytical methodologies
Requirements
- Experience within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, FMCG, Logistics or Retail environments
- Strong analytical skills with experience supporting operational or strategic decision-making
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI or similar visualisation tools
- Ability to work with large, complex datasets and identify meaningful trends and insights
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical information into clear business recommendations
Desirable Experience
- Experience supporting Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or Transformation programmes
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies and performance improvement frameworks
- Experience developing analytical models and advanced reporting solutions
- Background in Supply Chain Analysis, Business Performance Analysis, Planning Analysis or Operations Analysis
