Technical Project Manager - FinTech (Contract)

Location: Paddington (4 days on-site initially, with flexibility after 6 months)

Rate: Negotiable

Duration: 3-6 months

Start Date: ASAP

A leading Payments FinTech based near Paddington is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of several high-impact product and platform initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative environment and play a key role in scaling cutting-edge financial technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical products and projects
• Manage cross-functional Agile or Scrum teams
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations
• Drive delivery excellence across multiple workstreams
• Navigate challenges in a dynamic, high-growth environment

Required Experience:

• Previous experience within a FinTech, bank, or tech company
• Demonstrated success delivering complex technical products
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), and modern architectures
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban delivery frameworks
• Advanced use of Jira, Confluence, and related tooling
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

Experience working on AI-enabled products or platforms
