Salary: £50-55K base (flexible up to £60K for exceptional candidates)
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days WFH)
Experience: 4+ years in healthcare business development or sales
A leading AI and data science company is seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to drive commercial growth in the UK healthcare sector. You'll play a key role in expanding adoption of a cutting-edge patient experience platform across the NHS and private healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the client base
- Build strong relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholder
- Craft tailored pitches using real-world outcomes and case studies
- Identify, qualify, and progress new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends, funding pathways, and procurement processes
Requirements
- 4+ years in healthcare business development, sales, or account management
- In-depth understanding of the UK healthcare system - including NHS structures, procurement processes, and digital transformation priorities
- Strong interest in AI and data-driven healthcare innovation
- Proven track record of building relationships, managing pipelines, and closing deals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex solutions in a clear, compelling way
