SuiteCRM Developer
Remote
6 month inital

We’re working with a public sector organisation seeking an experienced SuiteCRM Developer to support a high-impact CRM transformation project. This is a fully remote, contract role with an initial 6 months of work and potential for extension.

Key Details:

• Start Date: ASAP (subject to BPSS clearance)
• Location: Remote (occasional site visits to Coventry, if required)
• Rate: Up to £400-420/day (Inside IR35)
• Contract Length: Rolling monthly contract (initial 6 months)

Role Overview: You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom CRM solutions using SuiteCRM. This includes module development, API integrations, and performance tuning. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly CRM functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Custom development of SuiteCRM modules, workflows, and plug-ins
• API integrations (REST/SOAP) with third-party systems
• Troubleshooting and performance optimisation
• Technical documentation and adherence to coding best practices

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of SuiteCRM or SugarCRM development experience
• Strong PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and MVC framework knowledge
• Experience with Git and CRM database schema
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

• CI/CD and cloud deployment experience (AWS/Azure)
• Agile delivery experience (e.g., Jira)
• Understanding of sales, marketing, and customer support processes
