Senior ML Analyst - Nottingham - Flexible hybrid working encouraged

What you will own: 

• Building predictive and optimisation models that directly improve pricing performance and commercial outcomes
• The tooling and modelling choices that will shape pricing transformation
• Clear and visible delivery against core commercial objectives
• A greenfield landscape with none of the usual legacy barriers
• Close collaboration with a smart and motivated pricing team
• Partnership with a central data team for dashboards and delivery support
• A roadmap to Snowflake enabling performance and scale
• A pathway to a future lead role as the function grows

What you bring

• Hands on experience of applying ML to pricing commercial or trading problems
• Python and typical ML frameworks
• Strong data storytelling capability and business communication
• A desire to influence and innovate rather than inherit
