Hours: Full time
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: East Midlands (commutable from Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, and surrounding areas)
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a major ERP implementation project for a well established organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a business wide digital transformation initiative.
Purpose of the Role & Key Responsibilities
- Lead ERP Implementation: Manage the full lifecycle of an ERP project from initial planning through to successful go live.
- Process Analysis: Review and map current business processes to ERP functionalities.
- Configuration & Customisation: Tailor ERP modules to meet operational and production needs.
- Data Migration & Testing: Oversee data migration activities, testing phases, and user onboarding.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with multiple departments to ensure seamless integration.
- Post Implementation Support: Provide guidance and troubleshoot issues after launch.
- Documentation & Training: Develop system documentation, training materials, and process guides.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business process mapping.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hands on, collaborative environment.
