A major FTSE100 business is undergoing a significant transformation and is seeking a Product & Change Manager to drive product‑led change across operational and day‑of‑operations functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of product-led change initiatives across multiple operational areas
- Improve planning, execution, and process performance
- Work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver roadmap priorities
- Influence senior stakeholders through clear, structured storytelling
- Bring pace and structure to complex, ambiguous environments
- Own end‑to‑end programme delivery, ensuring KPIs and outcomes are met
About You
- Background in supply chain, logistics, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, utilities, or other operational-heavy industries
- OR experience in management consulting (operations / transformation)
- Strong experience delivering operational improvement and digital/AI-enabled change
- Skilled at stakeholder influencing, problem solving, and structured communication
- Able to lead initiatives independently and deliver measurable results
