Business Systems Analyst – d365 CE, Copilot
Xpertise have an urgent requirement for a Business Systems Analyst – d365 CE, Copilot.
Candidates will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Systems Analyst
- Proven experience of Microsoft Dynamics CE (Customer Engagement)
- A good knowledge of Copilot
- A good knowledge of PROS Smart CPQ (beneficial)
- Proven experience of Solution Design
- Proven experience of Testing and Quality Assurance including UAT
- Proven experience working with 3rd party suppliers and system integrators
- Proven experience of data migration and CRM integrations
- A good knowledge of end‑to‑end Sales lifecycle
Role is outside IR35 – immediate start
