IMMEDIATE NEED | TECH PROGRAMME MANAGER | 12 MONTH FTC | £100K per annum | HYBRID (CENTRAL LONDON)

I’m working with one of Europe’s biggest market-leading consumer tech platform on a high-impact Technical Programme Manager opportunity and wondered if you’d be open to a brief chat? It’s a pivotal role at a really interesting point in the company’s growth.

Reporting into the Head of Transformation & Operations and partnering closely with the CTO and senior tech leadership, you’ll lead complex, cross-functional transformation programmes that directly shape how they modernise their tech estate and prepares for major growth moments across its UK, International and B2B platforms.

They’re looking for someone with strong programme delivery credentials, solid technical understanding, and the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders, someone who can turn complexity into clear, compelling narratives.

Key points:

• Contract: 12 months FTC, with genuine potential to go perm
• Location: Central London. 60% onsite over 12 weeks
• Comp: Up to £100k base + pension & private health

The role includes:

• End-to-end ownership of large, cross-functional tech programmes
• Driving delivery across product, engineering, data, finance and ops
• Supporting initiatives around platform readiness, tech debt and operational excellence
• Communicating clearly with CFO, CTO and VP-level stakeholders

Experience required:

• Senior Technical Programme Manager / Delivery Lead experience
• Experience scaling consumer facing tech platforms
• Strong delivery focus in fast-paced environments (e-commerce, fintech, marketplaces, mobility etc.)
