Job role
Xpertise have an urgent opportunity for a Salesforce Test Analyst on a large-scale digital transformation programme.
Candidates will have the following essential skills and experience:
- Strong experience as a Functional Test Analyst in Salesforce environments
- Proven experience testing:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- (Desirable) Experience Cloud/Marketing Cloud
- Solid understanding of:
- Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules
- Standard vs custom functionality
- Experience with test management tools (eg, JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr)
- Strong defect management and reporting skills
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with integration testing (eg, APIs, middleware)
- Exposure to automation tools (eg, Selenium, Provar, Copado)
