Role: Interim Programme Manager - Technology & Platform Development
Location: Hatfield (Hybrid)
Type: 3-month contract (likely extension/perm)
Rate: £700/day (Inside IR35)

Role Overview
Lead complex technology programmes, converting advanced R&D into production-ready platforms across enterprise, automotive, and e-commerce domains. Oversee multi-year roadmaps, manage global engineering teams, drive measurable business impact, and support strategic growth through RFPs and bids.
Responsibilities
- Deliver multi-platform programmes on time, within scope and budget.
- Define and manage multi-year technology roadmaps.
- Oversee cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, private).
- Scale and govern distributed engineering teams.
- Translate AI-based R&D into commercialised solutions.
- Manage stakeholders, including partners like BMW Group and Renesas.
- Lead RFPs, bids, and proposal development to support business growth.
- Track programme performance, risks, and benefits
Requirements
- Proven programme/portfolio management experience in tech-driven organisations.
- Experience with enterprise, automotive, or e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud, AI, R&D commercialisation, and bid processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Comfortable in hybrid, collaborative environments.
