The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Delivery Director to oversee the end-to-end delivery of a next-generation ecommerce website for a major international brand. This is not just a leadership role - it’s a chance to define and execute a digital vision that impacts millions of customers worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Lead at Scale: Drive delivery across 20+ agile squads, managing a complex ecosystem of 400–500 professionals including contractors, consultancies, and permanent staff.
- Own the Transformation: Deliver a cutting-edge B2C ecommerce platform, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and exceptional customer experience.
- Shape Strategy & Execution: Define delivery approaches, optimise processes, and embed agile principles across a multi-vendor environment.
- Influence at Board Level: Partner with senior stakeholders to align technology delivery with commercial objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale digital delivery - specifically ecommerce B2C platforms.
- Track record of managing large, multi-disciplinary teams and complex vendor landscapes.
- Strong agile leadership (SAFe or similar), with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
