Data Analyst (Data Migration & Reporting)
Day Rate: Circa £400 (Outside IR35)
Location: East Midlands (Hybrid)

We’re seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join a major technology transformation programme for a leading business. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless migration from legacy systems to a new reservations platform, while maintaining data integrity and reporting continuity.

What You’ll Do:
Participate in full lifecycle data migration for a core booking platform.
Execute data cleansing, de-duplication, and ETL processes.
Document data mapping between legacy and new systems.
Validate data accuracy and reporting outputs during migration..
Collaborate with technical teams to align data models and reporting continuity.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in large-scale data migration projects
Hands-on expertise with ETL & reporting tools (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SSIS, Power BI)
Strong understanding of data structures, mapping, and reconciliation
Familiarity with data security and compliance standards
Excellent communication skills to work across technical and business teams
