Role: .NET MAUI Developer
Location: Remote (Quarterly travel to Edinburgh or Glasgow)

Rate: £450 - 500 per day
We're supporting a major consultancy seeking experienced .NET MAUI Developers to join a high?profile programme. The team works fully remotely, with travel required only once per quarter to either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The contract runs until the end of March, with strong potential for renewal in line with ongoing client work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test and maintain cross?platform applications using .NET MAUI
- Develop shared application logic and reusable UI components using C# and .NET
- Translate UI/UX designs into clean, accessible, and maintainable components
- Integrate applications with RESTful APIs, databases and backend services
- Apply established patterns such as MVVM to ensure scalable architecture
- Optimise performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience
- Identify, debug, and resolve issues across the application stack
- Write clean, well?documented, maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET
- Hands?on development experience with .NET MAUI (or Xamarin.Forms)
- Solid understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and backend services
