The Role

As an AI Engineer, you will design and scale the core systems powering their multi?agent platform. You'll work across distributed AI services, real?time inference pipelines, and high?performance orchestration engines - ensuring the platform delivers sub?second responses across millions of workflows.

You'll collaborate with a senior, high?calibre engineering team and have significant autonomy over architecture, design decisions, and the evolution of their AI systems.

What You'll Work On

• Architecting distributed AI systems coordinating thousands of agents simultaneously
• Building high?performance inference layers and multi?model orchestration pipelines
• Designing scalable APIs and services for complex AI?driven automation
• Optimising async Python workloads and high?throughput data flows
• Contributing to technical strategy as the platform grows exponentially

What They're Looking For

• Expert Python engineer (async, distributed systems, performance optimisation)
• Strong TypeScript/Node.js exposure and full?stack understanding
• Experience with AI/ML systems, LLM?driven workflows, agents, or orchestration engines
• Background in start?ups or high?growth environments
• Deep systems architecture experience and a passion for performance engineering

Bonus: AI/ML infra, workflow engines, inference optimisation, cloud-native deployments, or experience in regulated industries.
