Job role
CLM Solution Architect
Location: UK
Working Pattern: Fully remote
Salary: Up to £90,000 depending on experience
We’re supporting a business looking to hire an experienced CLM Solution Architect to play a key role in the rollout of a contract lifecycle management platform across major international business functions.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has led CLM implementations, understands the wider systems landscape, and can bridge the gap between technical delivery and business needs. The role sits within a broader enterprise technology function and will involve working closely with internal stakeholders, third party implementation partners, and cross functional architecture teams.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of the solution architecture across the CLM environment, helping shape deployment decisions, manage integrations, and ensure the platform is delivered in line with business requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Acting as the go to architectural lead across the CLM platform, including modules, integrations, and dependencies
• Assessing system impacts across connected platforms such as CRM and invoicing tools
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements, and technical needs
• Partnering with implementation providers and internal technology teams to support a joined up delivery approach
• Producing and reviewing architecture documentation
• Supporting testing activity including smoke testing, UAT, and regression testing
• Identifying issues early and providing practical recommendations to improve system performance and business outcomes
What we’re looking for
• 4+ years’ experience in a CLM Solution Architect role within implementation environments
• Strong experience managing integrations across CLM, CRM, and invoicing systems
• Previous exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Strong Excel skills
• Confident working with both technical and non technical stakeholders
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams
• Strong communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a delivery focused environment, solving complex systems challenges, and helping businesses get real value from enterprise legal technology.
