IMMEDIATE CONTRACT | AI PRODUCT CHANGE & TRANSFORMATION MANAGER | 12 MONTHS | £950 PER DAY | INSIDE IR35 | WEST LONDON (3 days on-site) / REMOTE
A high impact Product Change & Transformation Manager is needed to support a major transformation programme across a large, complex organisation. This role suits someone who excels in delivering change across product, operations, data and AI, and is confident operating with senior stakeholders. You'll lead hands on delivery of product led and operational change initiatives, working closely with product, technology and data science teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver product driven change initiatives across multiple operational functions.
- Drive adoption of new digital, AI and data enabled tools across large scale teams.
- Shape and structure complex programmes, bringing clarity and pace to ambiguous problems.
- Partner with product, data and tech teams to design and execute operational improvements.
- Engage senior stakeholders with clear storytelling, structured thinking and strong communication.
- Own E2E project delivery, ensuring KPIs, SLAs and measurable outcomes are achieved.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience across transformation, operational improvement or process design
- Built and led cross-functional AI product teams
- Proven track record implementing change at scale in complex organisations.
- Skilled in influencing senior leaders and driving alignment across cross functional teams.
- Experience delivering projects in product, data, AI or digital environments.
- Comfortable working at pace with minimal oversight.
- Relevant industry experience: FMCG, Retail, Aviation, Manufacturing, Utilities / Energy
Nice to have (Not essential):
- Background in major management consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, BCGX, QuantumBlack or similar).
