A major financial services client in Epsom is hiring an experienced Service Desk Analyst (2nd Line Support) for a 12‑month contract to support a high‑volume laptop build and migration project. Immediate start, Mon–Fri, no weekends.
Role Focus

Laptop builds from image/AV screen

End‑to‑end laptop migration and configuration

Working independently through task‑based workflows

Delivering high‑quality 2nd line support

Strong attention to detail and process accuracy

Excellent customer service and communication
