Product Analyst/Transformation Analyst
Heathrow (3 days per week)
We're supporting a major transformation programme and are looking for a Product Analyst's over the coming months to help drive change across operational systems, processes and tooling.
This is a role for someone who enjoys getting stuck into problems, working with stakeholders across the business and bringing structure to complex situations. You'll be responsible for understanding current processes, gathering requirements, identifying improvements and helping ensure new solutions are adopted successfully.
The Role
- Gather and document business requirements
- Map current and future state processes
- Run workshops with operational and business stakeholders
- Work closely with Product, Delivery and Technology teams
- Turn complex problems into clear, actionable requirements
- Identify risks, dependencies and process improvement opportunities
- Support the rollout and adoption of new tools and ways of working
- Produce clear documentation and updates for senior stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst or Consultant
- Strong requirements gathering and process mapping experience
- Experience delivering operational or digital transformation initiatives
- Ability to work in ambiguity and build structure where needed
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Someone willing to be hands-on rather than sitting at a high level
- Comfortable challenging stakeholders and driving work forward
Particularly Interested In
- Candidates from McKinsey, Bain, BCG or leading consulting firms
- Consultants with a mix of operational and digital transformation experience
- People who have worked in start-up, scale-up or fast-moving environments
- Experience within aviation, logistics, transport or other operationally complex businesses
