Product Manager

Heathrow (3 days per week)

We're supporting a FTSE 100 organisation undergoing a major operational and technology transformation and looking to hire a number of Product Manager hires over the coming months.

This is a hands-on Product Manager role focused on transformation, implementation and delivery. You'll be working across business, operations and technology teams to define requirements, prioritise work, manage stakeholders and drive outcomes.

The environment is fast-paced, complex and often ambiguous, so we're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, influencing stakeholders and pushing things forward when there isn't a clear path.

About the Role

You'll own a product area end-to-end, working closely with engineers, analysts, designers and operational stakeholders.

This isn't a role where you're sat producing PowerPoint decks. Equally, it's not a purely technical Product role. The sweet spot is someone who can understand business problems, translate them into requirements and drive delivery through to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, backlog and priorities for your area
• Translate business and operational challenges into clear product requirements
• Work closely with engineering teams to shape and deliver solutions
• Lead workshops, gather requirements and challenge stakeholders where needed
• Use data and user insight to drive decisions and prioritisation
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies and trade-offs
• Drive adoption and ensure solutions deliver measurable outcomes
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery involvement

What We're Looking For

• Product Management experience within a digital, technology or transformation environment
• Background in Management Consulting (MBB preferred) or a leading consultancy such as Deloitte, PwC, EY, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Baringa etc.
• Experience delivering transformation, implementation or change programmes
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders
• Experience defining requirements, managing backlogs and driving delivery
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership
• Experience working with agile delivery teams and tools such as Jira and Confluence

Nice to Have

• Aviation, rail, logistics, supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience
• Experience in operationally complex environments
• Startup or scale-up experience
• Exposure to large enterprise transformations
