Are you a proven dealmaker with a track record of delivering transformational revenue growth through strategic partnerships? We’re hiring a Head of Commercial to lead the charge in identifying, shaping, and closing high-value commercial opportunities that will define the next phase of growth for a fast-scaling, tech-enabled challenger brand in financial services.

This is a high-impact, senior role for someone who thrives on building strategic alliances, unlocking new revenue streams, and influencing market positioning at the highest level.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead commercial growth through strategic partnerships and affinity relationships
  • Originate scalable, sustainable commercial opportunities aligned to business goals
  • Deliver material revenue impact — not incremental uplift — through high-value deals
  • Leverage a senior network across financial services, fintech, and aligned sectors
  • Present a clear go-to-market and partnership strategy with defined success metrics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Risk teams
  • Bring external market insights into strategic planning and decision-making

What You’ll Bring:
