We’re hiring a Head of Commercial to lead the charge in identifying, shaping, and closing high-value commercial opportunities that will define the next phase of growth for a fast-scaling, tech-enabled challenger brand in financial services.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead commercial growth through strategic partnerships and affinity relationships
- Originate scalable, sustainable commercial opportunities aligned to business goals
- Deliver material revenue impact — not incremental uplift — through high-value deals
- Leverage a senior network across financial services, fintech, and aligned sectors
- Present a clear go-to-market and partnership strategy with defined success metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Risk teams
- Bring external market insights into strategic planning and decision-making
