Interim CRM Lead (D365) - (6 Month FTC)
Location: London (Hybrid, minimum 2 days per week) | 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract | Salary: Up to £65,000 (Pro-rata) | Occasional travel to Birmingham office (Expensed)
We're supporting a leading charity organisation in the search for an Interim Head of Fundraising & Marketing CRM and Insights on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced CRM, data and insights professional to drive CRM adoption, optimise fundraising performance, and lead data-driven decision making across the organisation.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the CRM and Insights teams, ensuring delivery of strategic and operational objectives.
- Act as Systems Owner for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, driving adoption, governance and continuous improvement.
- Reinvigorate and complete an ongoing CRM migration programme, embedding effective change management practices.
- Lead the transition of data and functionality from legacy Dynamics platforms into modern solutions.
- Drive process automation initiatives across Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Oversee CRM operations, supporter data management, reporting and Power BI insight delivery.
- Ensure compliance across supporter data, Gift Aid processes, GDPR and fundraising regulations.
- Manage key supplier relationships, budgets, forecasting and departmental performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a successful Microsoft Dynamics CRM migration and adoption programme.
- Significant experience managing and optimising CRM platforms and supporter/customer databases.
- Strong leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience delivering strategic transformation and change management initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of data governance, GDPR and regulatory compliance.
- Experience managing budgets, operational plans and performance frameworks.
Desirable Experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (MB-910 or equivalent).
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric.
- Fundraising, charity sector or supporter services experience.
- Strong background in business intelligence, analytics and Power BI reporting.
