Project Change Manager | £45,000 - £60,000 | Hybrid Working – Midlands
Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for driving meaningful change across an organisation? We’re partnering with a forward thinking business to find a dynamic individual who can lead transformation initiatives that enhance customer experience and streamline operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll take ownership of end to end project delivery, working closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with strategic goals. You’ll manage everything from scoping and planning to execution and reporting. Your focus will be on improving the customer journey while ensuring resources, budgets and stakeholder relationships are effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, timelines and resource needs
Lead cross functional teams and third party partners
Monitor budgets and project performance
Communicate progress and strategy to senior stakeholders
Apply best practices and adapt to evolving business needs
Deliver board level reporting and insights
What We’re Looking For:
PMP or equivalent certification
Proven track record in business transformation and change delivery
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Confident in using PM tools and methodologies
